Please come to bar＆dining "Stage"  on the 2nd floor 5 mins before the tour.

We may cancel your reservation if you don’t arrive on time and contact  us.

There is no escalator or elevator, only stairs.

Please don’t bring food and drink.

Not allowed to use any fire and smoke.

There is a case that staff is working.

Please follow what staff says.

No application of under 20 for  safety.

Not allowed to have a pet in the distillery.

You need to wear a hair cap, shoes cover and sometimes a coat .

Please refrain from unsuitable outfit like stiletto.

No alcohol under 20

It’s illegal for under 20 to drink.

We will serve non-alcohol drink if you drive a car, motor bike and bicycle.

It’s illegal to drive after you drink.

We may not allow you to enter a distillery room if you don’t feel good, or you are injured in terms of food hygiene.

On the tour, you can enter the distillery room and after that, you can enjoy tasting gin.

Tokyo Riverside Distillery(TRD) started making gin in 2021 and we have been producing gin with different botanicals related to ethical whose ingredients are supposed to be discarded or not featured well in public. We are the first ethical distillery in the world.

Tour concept 

Staff of Ethical spirits explains how to make ethical gin and what Ethical spirits does.

● Introduction of “Ethical spirits” and “Tokyo riverside distillery” for 10 mins.

● Visiting distillation room for 30 mins

●Tasting of Last Elegant, Last Elysium, Last En and Distiller’s cut for 20 mins

●You bring 200ml of EN back home as a gift.

We will explain things in bar&dining “Stage” on the 2nd floor except for the distillation room.

After the tour, you can enjoy other tastings by paying money and buying bottles as a gift for 30 mins.

If you want to cancel, email “contact@ethicalspirits.jp with your order number starting with # 

2 days before the tour. We will charge a cancellation fee if you contact us over the days.
