Shojo no Juniper Sake

ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

This time, 80% of the raw liquor is raw alcohol, to which 15% Amabuki kasutori shochu and 5% Hoegaarden distilled raw liquor have been added.
We have ensured a good alcohol content and a dry taste.

BOTANICAL

The Shojo is a fictional creature resembling a monkey that can speak human language and loves alcohol, which is said to appear in the ancient Chinese Book of Han. This time, we thought of a gin to dedicate to the Shojo, and created it by adding as many as 50 kinds of botanicals. A monkey, a lot of botanicals... Yes, the benchmark is "that gin ."

Recommended way to drink

・Shojo no Juniper Sake: 20ml
・Sake at home: 10ml
・Soda: 90ml
・Lemon peel

Pour all the alcoholic drinks except for the soda into a glass, stir with a muddler, and chill. Pour in the soda and finish by squeezing in a lemon peel.
Try drinking it in a SAKE Martini Highball style with the sake you didn't finish over the New Year. The sake will bring out the complex flavor of the Shojo no Jushishu.
