This is the second release of Ethical Spirits' signature gin, "LAST," which is distilled to bring out the rich aroma of sake lees that would otherwise be thrown away.
A floral gin that combines the sweet and gorgeous aroma of sake lees from Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery in Tottori Prefecture with botanicals such as lavender and hibiscus tea.

This is the third release of Ethical Spirits' signature gin, "LAST," which extracts the rich aroma of sake lees that would otherwise be thrown away through distillation.
This is the most classic gin in the LAST lineup, taking advantage of the fruity aroma of sake lees from Amabuki Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture while weaving in the citrus and green aroma of botanicals such as three types of citrus fruits, ginger leaves, and chamomile.
