story

It was born from the brainstorming of Ethical Spirits, Tokyu Corporation, and the local people of Kabukicho. A craft gin that brings a new cycle to Kabukicho. "Ne10," named after the element symbol for neon, expresses the diversity of this town and is a blend of 10 botanicals, including "Naito Togarashi®️," which was cultivated around Naito Shinjuku during the Edo period.

Flavor

A spicy gin for adults that colors the streets of Kabukicho. It uses plenty of green chilli peppers, a traditional vegetable of Shinjuku Ward, "Naito Togarashi", to express a green and spicy aroma. Other botanicals include lemon, chamomile, black pepper, etc., and a generous amount of juniper berries are used to bring out the strong aroma.

Recommended way to drink

Although it has its own unique character, it is delicious in any recipe, such as tonic, soda, or martini, and its green and spicy flavor goes well with food.
