The sake lees that were supposed to be thrown away begin to bloom.
This is the second release of Ethical Spirits' signature gin, "LAST," which extracts the rich aroma of sake lees through distillation.
A floral gin that combines the sweet and gorgeous aroma of sake lees from Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery in Tottori Prefecture with botanicals such as lavender and hibiscus tea.

REVIVE, a company that distills beer, sake, and other alcoholic beverages that are past their prime and revives them as gin, has created an ethical gin distilled from Hoegaarden White beer.
We selected botanicals that bring out the fruity flavor from wheat, the freshness of orange peel, and the spiciness of coriander seeds that are characteristic of Hoegaarden White.

An ethical gin that allows you to enjoy the little-known deliciousness of cacao husk and other ingredients.
This ethical gin is distilled using cacao husk, the skin of the cacao that is usually discarded during chocolate making. Enjoy the sweet aftertaste that comes from its fragrant aroma.
