For this gin, the " heads " and " tails " from the spirits previously produced at Tokyo Riverside Distillery were redistilled, and a portion of these, the complex and delicious parts, was cut out and used as the base spirit.

*Heads: The liquid that comes out first during distillation. Contains a lot of aldehydes, methanol, and essential oil components.
*Tail: The part in the latter half of distillation when the alcohol content decreases and impurities start to appear.
