Spirits Mate limited series ENIGMA by ethical spirits in-house distillery "Tokyo Riverside Distillery".
BASE
This time, we used "Nishikigawa" shochu from Sakai Brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is a sake that you can enjoy the strong taste and aroma of rice made by traditional methods.
BOTANICAL
Botanical composition close to LAST MODEST. While making use of the scent of shiso and mandarin orange, it has a mellow finish that makes use of the unique sweet nuances of regular kasutori shochu.
Recommended way to drink
Gin: We recommend mixing hot water at a ratio of 1:2. Some people may be surprised to hear that gin is mixed with hot water, but please try it once. As this is a new attempt, we are looking forward to hearing your recommendations on how to drink it.
