ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

This time, we used "Nishikigawa", a traditional sake made using sake lees from Sakai Sake Brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This sake is made using traditional methods, and you can enjoy the strong taste and aroma of rice.

BOTANICAL

The botanical composition is similar to that of LAST MODEST. It has a mellow finish with the aromas of shiso and mandarin oranges, and the unique sweet nuances of authentic kasutori shochu.

*Sediment or floating particles may appear due to precipitation of ingredients caused by temperature changes, etc., but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Recommended way to drink

We recommend mixing gin with hot water in a 1:2 ratio. Some people may be surprised to hear that gin can be mixed with hot water, but we encourage you to give it a try. As this is a new venture, we look forward to your suggestions on how to drink it.
