story
This is the second product of the craft gin "LAST series" made by reusing the sake lees that have been discarded during the sake brewing process. We use sake lees distilled by Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery in Tottori Prefecture.

A craft gin with a “perfume-like” scent that has been acclaimed in Europe.
The floral scent represented by lavender, pink pepper, cardamom, and the spiciness of Sichuan pepper create a unique aroma.
