This is the most classic gin in LAST's range, making use of the fruity aroma of sake lees from Amabuki Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture that were supposed to be discarded, while also weaving in the citrus and green aroma of botanicals such as three types of citrus fruits, ginger leaves, and chamomile.
ELYSIUM means "paradise" and represents a moment of peace in which one can regain one's true self.
