ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

The Chianti brown used as the base liquor this time is characterized by its soft aroma, sweetness, umami, and deep, silky flavor.

BOTANICAL

To bring out the flavor of the raw liquor, we used floral botanicals and coffee grounds. The combination of elegance and aroma brings out the aroma of the potato shochu.

*Sediment or floating particles may appear due to precipitation of ingredients caused by temperature changes, etc., but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Recommended way to drink

The sweet aroma and savory flavor of the shells of Tenbai Barley Shochu (Chianti Brown) and cocoa husk, Tenbai coffee liqueur, makes you think of the sweet aroma of roasted sweet potatoes. Sweetness and aroma... this time, we will focus on that and propose a tea cocktail using roasted green tea and honey!

1. Brew strong roasted green tea, let cool and refrigerate.
2. Add 30ml of gin, 90ml of cold roasted green tea, and a little honey to a glass and mix until the honey dissolves. 3. Add ice and enjoy!

(*We recommend doing step 2 first to dissolve the honey, then adding the ice later!)

Note: Dissolve honey in hot roasted tea, then remove from heat and allow to cool.

Mix gin and roasted green tea with honey in a 1:3 ratio.

When you're ready to drink, just pour it into a glass with ice and drink! We also recommend mixing it with a cocktail before drinking.
