Spirits Mate limited series ENIGMA by ethical spirits in-house distillery "Tokyo Riverside Distillery".

BASE

The Chianti Brown used as the original whiskey this time is characterized by its soft aroma, sweetness, umami, and deep, silky taste.

BOTANICAL

We used floral botanicals and coffee husks to make the original sake stand out. Gorgeousness and fragrantness are mixed, and the aroma of sweet potato shochu is complemented.

Recommended way to drink

The sweet scent and aroma derived from the unblended sake Tenpai barley shochu (Chianti brown) and cacao husk, and the coffee liqueur of Tenpai husk make you imagine the “sweet scent of baked sweet potato”. Sweetness and savoryness...A spotlight on that point.

1. Put the roasted tea in a strong cup, cool it down and refrigerate it.
2. Put 30ml of gin, 90ml of hojicha (cold) and a little honey in a glass and mix until the honey melts 3. Add ice and drink!

(*In order to dissolve the honey, we recommend doing step 2 first and adding ice afterwards!)

Supplement: Dissolve honey in hot roasted tea, remove from heat and cool.

Gin: Make a 1:3 ratio of hojicha with honey.

When you drink, just pour it into a glass with ice and drink..! We also recommend the way of drinking that incorporates the maewari.
