HANEMOMO GIN Batch #02

ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

The raw alcohol is blended with Amabuki Shuzo's Ginjo Kasutori Shochu. The refreshing aroma of Ginjo sake, reminiscent of melon, white peach, and green apple, brings out the botanical flavor.

BOTANICAL

The key botanicals used in this product are peaches and peach blossoms from the "HOPE Orchard" in Yamanashi Prefecture. They are made from "rejected" peaches that are not normally sold in the market, and unused peach blossoms that are generated during the process of pruning.

Recommended way to drink

・HANEMOMO Gin Batch #02 30ml
・Jasmine tea 90ml
・5ml agave syrup

Add all the above ingredients to a glass with ice and mix. Agave syrup can be found at any good supermarket.
