ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

By re-fermenting and distilling the doughnut dough (raw) provided by Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Japan Co., Ltd., we produced "doughnut wine distilled liquor" as the base spirit.

BOTANICAL

In order to make the most of the aroma of the unblended liquor, which is rich in the savory aroma of donuts, we have used only juniper berries as botanicals. Please enjoy the collaboration of the sweet aroma of donuts and the sharpness of juniper berries.

Recommended way to drink

・DOUGHNUTS GINEVER: 30ml
・Honey syrup (honey: hot water = 1:1 ratio, dissolve and cool): 10ml

Add all to a chilled glass with ice.

This time, we've made it on the rocks, which allows you to easily enjoy the aroma of the donuts. In the Netherlands, where genever originated, some people drink it straight with a beer as a chaser, so be sure to try it with your favorite beer!
