Spirits Mate limited series ENIGMA by ethical spirits in-house distillery "Tokyo Riverside Distillery".

BASE

This time, we used traditional Mikawa brewed “Aizakura” 3-year aged pure rice mirin as the main undiluted sake. Hon mirin made only from glutinous rice and rice malt produced in Aichi Prefecture, and full-bodied fragrant rice shochu, is characterized by its refreshing maple syrup-like sweetness.

BOTANICAL

Along with mirin, we used botanicals such as windbreak, bellflower root, Japanese pepper, and white persimmon, which are also ingredients of tososan. Enjoy a gin suitable for the new year.

Recommended way to drink

We recommend the Gimbak (a cocktail made with ginger ale and lemon) or the cola. Since this is the world's first "unknown" product that uses unblended whiskey, we hope that you will try various things and find your favorite way to drink it.
