ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

This time, we used the traditional Mikawa-style "Aio" three-year-aged Junmai Hon Mirin as the main base liquor. Made only from Aichi Prefecture-produced glutinous rice, rice malt, and aromatic, authentic rice shochu, Hon Mirin has a refreshing maple syrup-like sweetness.

BOTANICAL

To go with mirin, we have used botanicals such as bonsai, bellflower root, Japanese pepper, and white atractylodes, which are also ingredients in tososan. Please enjoy this gin befitting the New Year.

*Sediment or floating particles may appear due to precipitation of ingredients caused by temperature changes, etc., but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Recommended way to drink

We recommend mixing it with gin buck (a cocktail made with ginger ale and lemon) or cola. As this is yet another "unknown" product made with the world's first unblended liquor, we hope you'll try it in different ways and find the way you like it.
