Spirits Mate limited series ENIGMA by ethical spirits in-house distillery "Tokyo Riverside Distillery".

BASE

This time, in addition to Amabuki Shuzo's Ginjo Kasutori Shochu, we will use all of the gin heads (the part that comes out first after distillation) and tails (the part that comes out first after distillation) that have been produced by Ethical Spirits. The part that is not used in the product due to aging) is the most distilled and used as the unblended whiskey.

BOTANICAL

Blood orange peel and apple are used as key botanicals. All botanicals except juniper berry are red, so the gin has a bright red color.

Recommended way to drink

◆ May Enigma × POCARI SWEAT × Rose Salt
-Put ice in a glass, pour 30ml of gin and mix to cool.
-Pour 90ml of POCARI SWEAT
- Garnish with rose petals and a pinch of salt, if available
- Drink deliciously!
