An ethical gin that uses botanicals made from cocoa husk, which is discarded during the chocolate making process.

The skin of high-quality "specialty cacao," which has excellent flavor and aroma, is used, and the rich, balanced aroma of the cacao is extracted through distillation.

In addition, the raw liquor used is "Kasutori Shochu," a local sake from Akita Prefecture, which has a flavor reminiscent of pineapple, banana, and caramel, and its acidity and aroma enhance the sweet, fragrant aroma of the cacao.
