Defective products/return deadline If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. If a replacement product is not available, we will replace it with a product of equal price. Please note. Due to the nature of the products we handle, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for reasons other than those mentioned above. In addition, we will not accept returns or exchanges after the bottle has been opened.
Return shipping costs We will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges or returns if more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived.
Changing the address after placing an order
If you change the delivery address after placing an order, an additional transfer fee may be charged.
The forwarding fee varies depending on the distance between the forwarding address and the forwarding destination address. The forwarding fee will be charged to you by Sagawa Express upon delivery.
