REVIVE from CIDER

ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

This time, we used five kinds of cider brewed at two breweries in Denmark. By distilling it three times, we were able to create a raw liquor with an apple aroma and a slightly bitter flavor.

BOTANICAL

Nine types of botanicals were used this time, including galangal, caraway, and cinnamon. Other than juniper berries, the botanicals were used sparingly, and the refreshing citrus and gorgeous lavender and cardamom were added. The flavor was created in pursuit of a combination that would bring out the best in the cider-based liquor.

Recommended way to drink

・REVIVE from CIDER 30ml
・Honey cordial (half honey and half hot water mixed and chilled) 10ml
・5ml lemon juice
・Soda (appropriate amount)

This is a gin fizz-like cocktail that you can make at home. The sweetness of honey allows you to feel the juiciness of the apple even more. If you have cinnamon powder, add a pinch or a shake to create a more complex flavor.
