Ethical Gin REVIVE from NINJA
This ethical gin uses the sake "Ninja" from Seko Shuzo, a brewery in Shiga Prefecture, and uses two main botanicals: antique tea made from the trunks of tea trees that would normally be discarded, and high-quality sencha tea. The gentle bitterness of the two teas spreads throughout your mouth, followed by a lingering aftertaste of chamomile and juniper berries.
