Flavor
The base spirit is the sake lees shochu "Hiyoshizumi", a local sake from Akita Prefecture. The fruity ginjo aroma of the sake lees shochu is used as a base, and the sweet aftertaste from the aroma and flavor of the cacao husk is highlighted.

The main ingredient, cacao husk, is from Whosecacao. Compared to cacao nibs, which are sometimes used as botanicals in gin, cacao husk has a larger surface area and less oil. The distillery method maximizes the aroma, resulting in a drink that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of cacao husk even more.
