story
This is the first product of the craft gin "LAST series" made by reusing the sake lees that have been discarded during the sake brewing process. We use sake lees distilled by Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery in Tottori Prefecture.

A dry gin with the freshness of sake lees supported by the aroma of ginger and juniper berries, it is characterized by a firm taste and easy drinking.
