Craft Gin REVIVE from NINJA
story
A gin that regenerates sake that has passed its peak.
For the undiluted sake, we use “Ninja” sake from the brewery <Seko Shuzo> in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It is an ethical tea gin that uses old tea tree trunks that are generally discarded and high-quality sencha tea as the main botanical.
We use tea leaves produced by TeaRoom Co., Ltd., which produces and sells Japanese tea and produces business.
flavor
Following the refreshing scent of sudachi and myoga, you can feel the soft and sweet scent derived from sake .
When you put it in your mouth, the loose bitterness of sencha and furuki tea spreads, followed by chamomile and juniper berries.
The 2nd batch has a sharp impression centered around Sudachi.

Recommended way to drink
NINJA: Tonic = 1:3~4 is recommended.
