story
This is the first product of a project to reuse sake lees that have been discarded in the sake brewing process to produce craft gin and whiskey. We have released the 2nd batch. We use sake lees distilled by Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery in Tottori Prefecture.

A gin with a rich botanical scent. The fresh and refreshing scent derived from sake lees is combined with multiple botanicals to create a flavored gin style with a complex and gorgeous scent. Because it contains a lot of essential oil ingredients, it is characterized by its pale color when mixed with soda or tonic water.
Recommended way to drink
Soda split.

* Please store vertically as it will lead to deterioration and discoloration of the cork.
*In rare cases, the cork may be chipped due to impact from the outside, but the cork stopper used has passed the test based on the Food Sanitation Law, and there is no impact on safety and quality.
