ENIGMA is a Spirits Mate limited edition series from Ethical Spirits' own distillery, Tokyo Riverside Distillery.

BASE

The raw alcohol is blended with Amabuki Shuzo's Ginjo Kasutori Shochu. The refreshing aroma of melon, white peach, and green apple, unique to Ginjo sake, brings out the botanical flavor.

BOTANICAL

This month's ENIGMA uses peaches from "HOPE Orchard" in Yamanashi Prefecture, which is committed to growing fruit with as little pesticides as possible, as its key botanical. The peaches used are those that are not normally distributed on the market, such as those that have been "rejected" due to small scratches or black spots, or those that have fallen due to wind and rain.

*Sediment or floating particles may appear due to precipitation of ingredients caused by temperature changes, etc., but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Recommended way to drink

The botanicals for September's Enigma are peach, peach leaves, fig leaves, and juniper berries. This time, we've combined the subtle scent of peach with sweet sake and elderflower tonic to bring out the juiciness of the flavor to the aftertaste!

①Enigma 30ml
② 30ml of sweet sake made only from koji (I bought it at Seijo Ishii!)
③Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic 60ml
-Pour ① and ② into a glass with ice and stir to chill.
-Add ③ and mix lightly. It's done!

This is a drink that has a good balance of sweetness and a pleasant peach aroma that comes back to you after you swallow it.
