Ethicalgin LAST MODEST 375ml
This is the first of Ethical Spirits' signature gins, "LAST," which extracts the rich aroma of sake lees that would otherwise be thrown away through distillation, and is the gin that marked the beginning of Ethical Spirits.
This dry gin uses six types of botanicals, and the freshness of the sake lees is supported by the aroma of ginger and juniper berries.
It has a strong flavor and is easy to drink.
Signature gin brand LAST
The word "LAST" has two seemingly contradictory meanings: "last" and "continue."
— New life continues from the sake lees, which are the last thing obtained after the sake is pressed.
"LAST", which takes its name from this story, is an ethical gin that distills sake lees that would otherwise be thrown away, bringing out overlooked value and creating a new cycle of value.
Its deliciousness and story remind everyone who tastes it that they have a "hidden gem," while also generating interest in sake lees and sake, and ultimately increasing profits for sake breweries through consumption of the sake lees.
